Humanitarian Crisis in the North: 400,000 People Under Siege as Violence Escalates

Starvation is being used as a weapon of war, a deliberate tactic aimed at punishing those who

remain in the North. Families, many with young children and elderly members, are faced with a heart-wrenching decision:

stay and endure bombardment and hunger, or attempt the perilous journey South under fire, where UNICEF reports that

civilians are being targeted in the streets.

 

In response, we are launching an urgent humanitarian initiative to deliver essential supplies—food parcels,

baby formula and water.

With no access to basic necessities, we are actively raising funds to provide these life-saving resources to those in desperate need.

It is imperative that the international community upholds the 49th Article of the Fourth Geneva Convention that

explicitly prohibits the forcible transfer or deportation of individuals from occupied territories.

As one of the few NGO’s operating on the ground in the North of Gaza, we are determined to stand

by the people in the North. We are currently in contact with thousands of families who are urgently

requesting food and water, and we remain steadfast in our commitment to deliver the help they need

and stand by their right to stay on their land.
 

We are making an urgent appeal for donations to support this critical effort.
