We believe ALL children deserve to be filled with the Joy felt in this photo of Ziad. Last summer, Ziad raised over $1900 for HEAL Palestine supporting our dear friend, 7 year old Malek. Thanks to HEAL Palestine, Malek received neurosurgery here in Jacksonville after his home in Gaza was bombed by Israel. Your donations helped Malek, his mother and sisters safely resettle in Egypt after he was medically stable.
This year Ziad's fundraiser will focus on providing aide to the starving children of Gaza. HEAL had several food kitchens open until Israel blocked all aid from entering. They hope to reopen ASAP. They also have two active field hospitals which provide medical and mental healthcare to children in Gaza. Your donation will go directly to these programs.
Our children will go to sleep peacefully tonight with full bellies, happy hearts and a safe roof over the heads. Hundreds of thousands of mothers and fathers in Palestine cannot say the same. If the situation were the other way around, what would we hope they would do for us?
